It is possible that customers who had accessed your website in past are facing browser cache issue. Please request them to clear browser cache or try incognito
One of my Dealers can log into his account (this is on website, not the backend) when using Chrome browser, but CANNOT while using Safari.
This appears to be more of browser cache issue. Kindly request your Dealer to try clearing all cache of Safari and then try to login. If needed he can use private browsing mode of Safari.
